Update at 3.30
I’ve been able to put in place a short term fix to get us through the next 24-48 hours. Some of the results may be slow in being processed but we should be good to go over the weekend.
We have an issue with the ratings – worst case scenario, it does look like a wider internet issue that is affecting other sites.
We have been working on trying to resolve that since 9am. We may have a solution but given the races are well underway, it’s not much help today/
