No races at Palmerston North this week but there is the traditional Easter meeting at Hatrick.

There’s the standard 12 races on a single meeting with the first race starting a little later at 1.46pm.

We’ve been having a great run with the selections recently.  My best bet couldn’t quite do the job after we’d got a few up in a row but the lay of the day showed how you can find great value by finding a runner that is overbet.  Our recommended bet won like a good thing and the biggest shock was the price it paid – $8.

So the pressure will be on to keep up the success rate at a different course.  I’ll post my recommended selections around midday Monday.
