To try and make things easy while we get everyone set up, the ratings will be free and open this week.
If you have a current membership, your account details have been carried across from the old site. However you will need to change your password.
There are two options to changing your password:
Use the lost password function.
Contact David or Neil and get your password reset manually. Use this method if you try option 1 and after 30 minutes the email hasn’t arrived – but check you spam folder as well!
Best method is to send us an email – email@example.com.
And remember, you will still be able to access all ratings this week while we manage the transition.
