Site Changes

Over the next week or so, you will notice some changes to the two Formpro sites – formpro.co.nz and stageratings.wpengine.com.

Some of you may have noticed that the sites have been a little slow recently and we also want to make sure that the sites are secure and safe.

We will be moving both sites to a new hosting platform this week.

Formpro (formpro.co.nz)

The Formpro site will likely be moved on Tuesday or Wednesday – we will do our best to minimise disruption but any outages will be notified on the Formpro site in advance.

Formpro Ratings (stageratings.wpengine.com)

The Formpro Ratings site is a lot more complicated due to the amount of data and the additional functionality.

Due to the additional complexity and the size of the Ratings site, we will need to take the site down for longer.  This means the site will be unavailable from Monday evening for at least 3-4 days and possibly longer.

We will credit all subscribers with an additional week’s subscription.

We apologise for the interruption to our services.  We appreciate that the outages may cause some inconvenience but hope subscribers will understand the need to optimise both performance and security.
